For veterinary relief staffing
Staffing that knows your clinics and who can cover them.
Logidex holds every relief vet's and tech's skills, availability and travel limits in one place, then shows who fits each shift. Logins are free, and the vets and techs who take a few shifts a year only count toward a month they work.
The problem
You know which relief vets are comfortable in emergency and which only take general practice days. You know which techs can monitor anesthesia, who will drive two hours for a clinic and who won't leave the county, and who's already committed to three clinics next week. None of it is written down anywhere. It's just what you know.
So every clinic's request comes back to you. When a doctor calls in sick at six in the morning, you're the one working through the list, because nobody else knows who can cover it.
What you get
Built for how you actually work
Match by what the shift needs
Add the skills that really separate your people: emergency, surgery, dentistry, exotics, ultrasound, anesthesia monitoring. Name the levels in your own words. Ask for an emergency-capable vet on Saturday and you see only the ones who fit, ranked in your preferred order.
Rest windows and hour caps
Set your daily and weekly hour limits and the minimum rest between shifts once. Logidex enforces them at the moment of booking, blocking an assignment that would breach them and telling you why. A late emergency shift followed by an early surgery day the next morning gets caught before it's booked.
One login across every agency they work for
Relief vets and techs often work with more than one agency. When they update their availability once, it's current for every agency on Logidex, and a confirmed shift elsewhere blocks that time on your calendar automatically. You never see the other agency, the clinic, or the rate.
Licenses and certificates on file
Keep each person's license, DEA registration and insurance certificate on their profile, stored privately. When a clinic asks for proof, it's on hand instead of buried in your email.
Cover a call-out before the clinic opens
When a vet can't make a shift, they flag it from their phone. Logidex asks only the people who could genuinely take it: the right skills, free at that time, willing to travel there, not already booked, and not pushed over their hour limits. You see exactly who will be asked before anything sends. If the shift is within the next day and someone says yes, it can assign them for you rather than leave a clinic without a doctor.
Everything above is included on every plan, and every vet's and tech's login is free.
