When your outside form stops sending bookings
Work through it in order. The most common cause looks like lost bookings and is actually bookings being held safely, one button away from landing.
A client says they sent a request and it is not in your inquiries. Before anything else:
Work through these in order. They are ordered by how often each one turns out to be the answer, not by how technical they are.
1. Is your connection waiting for a test booking?
This is the most common cause by a distance, and the best possible one to have.
If somebody pressed Update mapping and did not finish, the connection is in listening. Every booking that arrives is held behind that screen instead of becoming an inquiry.
- Go to Settings → Booking intake.

- If the screen is asking you to send a test booking, that is your answer.
- Either finish it by pressing Save & finish setup, and everything held is released into your inquiries, or press Put it back live, which keeps your existing matching exactly as it is and sends new bookings straight through.

2. When did one last arrive?
On the same page, the connection shows a line reading Last received a booking, with a date.

That date is the fact everything else hangs off. Write it down. If it is this morning, your connection is working and the problem is with one particular submission. If it is three weeks ago, something changed three weeks ago.
3. Did the submission reach your form tool at all?
Open your form's own submissions list. In Wix that is Forms → Submissions; every tool has an equivalent.
This is the question that splits the problem cleanly in two:
- The submission is not there either. Then it never left the client's hands, and nothing about Logidex is involved. A client who thinks they sent it and did not is much more common than it sounds.
- The submission is there, but it never reached Logidex. Now it is the connection, and the checks below apply.
⭐ Check this before anything else technical. It is the cheapest question to answer and it rules out half of everything.
4. Has anyone edited the form?
If a question was renamed, deleted or replaced, the answer it used to send can stop reaching the field it was pointed at.
⚠️ Logidex does not warn you when this happens. The answers simply stop arriving, and everything else keeps working, so it can go unnoticed for months.
If someone has touched the form, go back to Settings → Booking intake, press Update mapping, send one fresh test booking, and check that every row still points where you meant.
⭐ Make this a habit. Any time you change your form, send yourself one test booking afterward and look at the result on the booking.
5. Was the key replaced?
If a new key was created and never pasted into the form's settings, everything the form sends is refused, and it looks exactly like silence.
A key is only ever shown once, so if nobody has a copy of the current one, the fix is to make a new one and paste it into the form again.
Still stuck
Email support@logidexhq.com and include three things, which between them answer most of what anyone would ask you:
- The date from the Last received a booking line
- Whether the missing submission is in your form tool's own submissions list
- Whether anyone has edited the form recently
