Your home page, card by card
What each card on your home page is counting, what makes something appear on it, and how to move or hide the cards you do not use.
Your home page is the first thing you see after signing in. It is built to answer one question: what needs me today? Totals and trends live on Analytics instead.
Every card below can be moved or hidden. See the last section.
Needs Attention
A short list of things waiting on you, grouped into Events and Roster. The number beside each line is how many there are; click the line to see them.
Events
- New event inquiries: bookings still at Inquiry, newest first. The date shown is how long ago it arrived, not the date of the event.
- Needs a match: upcoming bookings with at least one shift nobody is on.
- Confirmed matches: every shift is staffed, but the booking is not Booked yet. Usually a deposit, a contract or a calendar push is still to do.
- Not sent to Google yet: someone was added to or taken off a shift since the last push to Google Calendar. Only shows if you use Google Calendar.
- Client follow-up: bookings with a follow-up set, such as Awaiting deposit.
Roster
- Missing schedule: active people who have never set their availability.
- Missing travel zones: active people with no travel areas.
- Skill levels to grade: skills someone added for themselves, waiting for you to set the level.
- Not invited to the portal: active people with no login yet.
Dismiss hides one item from this list for every admin. Rename or switch off any line in Customize → Notifications.
Schedule Conflict Radar
Upcoming bookings where someone you have assigned is double-booked, or cannot get from one job to the next in time.
If you have checked one and it is fine, press Mark conflict checked. It drops off this card, but the flag stays on the booking itself. Any change to that booking's shifts brings it back for another look.
Jump to a day
Today and the next six days. Tap a day to open the day calendar at that date.
Finished jobs
Only appears if you chose Leave it to me in Customize → Workflow → When a job is finished. It lists Booked jobs whose last shift has ended, each with a button to mark it Completed, plus one to mark them all. See Why a booking's status changed on its own.
Quick stats
- Upcoming events: bookings dated today or later, whatever their status.
- Unstaffed shifts: empty shifts on those bookings.
- On your roster and Working in this month: the two numbers that set your plan, next to your plan's limits.
- Booked today: bookings you moved to Booked today.
- Inquiries today: new inquiries that arrived today.
Most of these numbers are links to the page behind them.
Client Follow-ups
Bookings with a follow-up set, and how long each has been waiting.
Upcoming (7 days)
Your booked jobs for the next week, with the date and city.
Activity Pulse
Changes people on your roster made themselves: their schedule, their travel areas and similar. Clear it once you have read it.
Update Ratings
People who worked a job that has moved to Completed, waiting for you to review their ratings. Mark each person reviewed, or all of them at once.
Time to reach out
Past clients coming up on a year since they last got in touch, so you can contact them before they book somebody else. It counts from when they inquired, not from the date of the event, because people tend to plan at the same time every year.
Logidex never contacts them for you. Change how far ahead it reminds you, or switch it off, in Customize → Clients.
Moving and hiding cards
Press Customize at the bottom of the home page. Drag cards between the two columns, switch off any you do not use, then press Done. The layout is shared by every admin on your team.
