How Logidex decides who to suggest

Availability first, then your own ranking. It never picks on rating alone, and it never overrides you.

When you press Suggest, Logidex works through your roster in a fixed order. It only ever offers a name — nothing is assigned until you say so.

Who is considered at all

Someone has to have the right service, be active, be free at that time, and be able to make the drive. Anyone who fails one of those is not offered.

The order it goes in

Inside each of those groups, your priority ranking for that service decides the order. Your number 1 is offered before your number 2, every time.

Your ranking applies inside the Ask group too. Your number 1 who is marked "ask" is a better ask than your number 5 who is also marked "ask" — rating is only ever used to break a tie between two people at the same rank.

Why "unknown" sits below "ask"

Someone who marked a day as "ask" has engaged with that day. A blank calendar tells you nothing at all.
