Free and discounted Logidex for volunteer projects

Free and discounted plans for volunteer projects. Who can apply, what a plan covers, and the four things to put in the email.

Logidex offers free and discounted plans for volunteer projects, decided case by case. Not a trial, and not a cut-down charity edition — the whole product.

Who can apply

  • Animal rescues and shelters
  • Nonprofits and charities
  • Schools, PTAs and youth programs
  • Churches and faith groups
  • Volunteer-run community groups, with no formal status at all
That list is examples, not requirements. Nobody is turned away for being the wrong shape of organization. If you run on goodwill and you are not on the list, apply anyway and say what you do.

What a free or discounted plan covers

Everything Logidex does to get the right person to the right place comes with a free or discounted plan: your roster, availability, travel areas and drive times, matching, your Logidex form, the calendar push, and a login for every volunteer.

There is no clock on any of it. Approved accounts do not expire, and they do not quietly drop to a smaller plan.

If some of your team is paid

Plenty of organizations sit in the middle: two paid coordinators and fifty volunteers. Apply anyway.

A reduced rate is usually the answer, and it is worked out case by case rather than read off a table. Having a payroll does not disqualify you.

How to apply

There is no form and no sales call. Email support@logidexhq.com and include:

  1. Your organization, and what it does.
  2. Roughly how many people you would be scheduling.
  3. Whether those people are volunteers, paid, or a mix.
  4. A website or social page, if you have one.

Plain English is fine. Nobody is expecting a grant proposal, and there is no application window or deadline to catch.

What happens next

Every application is read and answered by a person — there is no automatic rule deciding it, which is why an unusual organization is worth explaining rather than assuming it will not qualify.

If the answer is yes, your existing account switches to the free or discounted plan. Nothing moves, nothing is reset, and you do not need to make a second account.

You are welcome to start a free trial and load your roster in while you wait. If you are approved, the trial stops mattering.

If your situation changes

If you start paying the people you schedule, or your funding changes, tell us. That is a conversation, not a switch that flips on you without warning.

More about the program, including why it started with animal rescue, is on the giving back page.
