Working for two agencies
One login, and a switcher at the top. Your availability is shared; nothing else is.
If you work for more than one agency that uses Logidex, you have one login, not one per agency. Folder tabs at the top of your portal switch between them.
What is shared
Your availability, and only that. If you mark a Saturday as unavailable, every agency you work for sees it. That is the point — it stops two agencies booking you for the same day.
They see that you are unavailable. They do not see who you are working for, where, or for how much.
What is not shared
Everything else is private to each agency:
- your skills and what you are rated
- your pay
- your bookings and history
- your profile notes and documents
Being booked
When one agency books you, the others see you as unavailable for that time automatically. You do not have to tell anyone.
Because availability is shared, changing it on one agency's side changes it for all of them. That is usually what you want — just worth knowing before you switch a day off.
